Customer Experience / Brand Experience

Well constructed music and sound experiences can drive happiness

There is an immediate brain response

Dopamine, serotonin, endorphins and oxytocin are influenced by music and sound experiences

We help our clients, bring people together to share past music memories and create new ones

We programme over 12,000 hours of live experiences each year, helping our clients create memorable music driven interactions with their existing and future customers.
We also curate in-store playlists (that can be delivered via a licensed streaming music service of your choice) and produce bespoke music soundscapes for client campaigns, events and places.

Our talent roster is the largest of any similar experiential agency in the UK, featuring over 300 performers who are fully insured and own their own portable amplification equipment, including the fabulous Charlotte Campbell pictured above.
Some examples of the experiences we've created

SOCIAL EXPERIENCE (SX)

Since 2015 we have been working with towns, cities, regions and boroughs around the UK and world. We help them to think of their visitors and residents as customers, putting in place vital social experience infrastructure that matches the popular culture tastes of the population they are trying to attract. We have championed street performance as a particularly effective tool in this regard. In recent years we have advised the following destinations on these topics.
Madrid / Barcelona / San Francisco / Austin / Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea / Westminster / London Borough of Tower Hamlets / Manchester / Visit Greece / Bracknell Council / Cardiff / Croydon / London Borough of Southwark
We urge decision makers to recognise, support and protect social experience infrastructure in official policies. SX infrastructure is an essential element of successful places and includes live music venues, bars, pubs, coffee shops, restaurants, street food markets, busking pitches, festival venues. Music is embedded at the heart of all of this infrastructure. Music brings people together of all ages and backgrounds.
We have recently published a White Paper on this topic. Read it here
